Committed to Quality – Exceeding the Expectation
A basic home inspection is intended to provide homebuyers with a helpful resource to better understand a home. Mike goes above and beyond the expected duty, offering investigative home inspections, home energy audits, and more. It’s his goal for you to be able to negotiate a suitable investment without being held back by unanswered questions or nagging doubts.
- Mike always invites his clients to attend their inspection—creating an opportunity for homebuyers or sellers to acquire a more intimate knowledge of a home’s layout and overall condition
- HomeWorkz Inc. gives you more options by offering flexible scheduling (including evenings and weekends)
- Mike is adamant about always being available for his clients, welcoming your phone call at anytime to address additional concerns that you may have—even if it’s months after your original inspection!
When he’s not on the job, Mike can be found spending time with his wife and two children and staying socially active in his community. He also enjoys spending time outdoors whenever possible, whether it’s boating, fishing, or playing sports such as golf and baseball.
We’re with you every step of the way.
HomeWorkz Inc. sees a home inspection the whole way through—from the moment we first set foot onto a property, to accepting your phone call days or weeks later in order to address any remaining questions or concerns. Contact us today to request your inspection.
